Hi! My name is Jade, and I’m thrilled to bring my passion for fitness and motherhood to the FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota team as Lead Instructor! With a background in property management and business operations, I’m also a proud mom to a sweet two-year-old daughter. When I’m not leading classes, you can usually find me with my family, walking our dog, or checking out the best restaurants in Sarasota.

I first joined FIT4MOM when my daughter was just 4 months old and quickly discovered how much the workouts and community supported both my physical and mental health. Being surrounded by strong, supportive moms carried me through those early postpartum months, and I knew I wanted to help create that same experience for other women in our village.
