This will be our summertime kickoff "Dadurday" event hosted by The Flock SRQ! There will be a one hour Strides 360 class, which is a heart pumping, speed, agility quickness workout followed by a water party hosted outside of The Flock SRQ!!

This is a free event for FIT4MOM LWR/SRQ and Flock members and one family member, whether that be hubby, your dad, uncle, cousin or friend! Register on Pike13 because space will be limited for this fun Dadurday class!!!
