Mamas - Join our community partner, Dr. Lesley Samulak, a pelvic floor therapist, with FIT Pelvic Health Bradenton & LWR for a mini workshop session after class. She will talk about the importance of pelvic health and some exercises you can do at home to start working on your pelvic floor! This is a free event for all mamas to attend after our Stroller Barre class at James L Patton Park in Lakewood Ranch!

Happy (almost) Summer mamas! Join us for this special, and important, event! AquaTots will host us for a free swim lesson for all of our village members and their littles. Pool safety is so important especially as we enter into the summer months where pools/ ocean days are the perfect way to cool off. Space is limited so make sure to sign up on Pike13!

This will be our summertime kickoff "Dadurday" event hosted by The Flock SRQ! There will be a one hour Strides 360 class, which is a heart pumping, speed, agility quickness workout followed by a water party hosted outside of The Flock SRQ!!
