FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota will be having a FREE Stroller Strides class and story time with a Halloween theme!!!Let's talk pumpkins, apple cider, and hayrides as we head into fall!!!

Mote Aquarium will be hosting FIT4MOM LWR/SRQ for our second annual educational and interactive "Mommy and Me" experience. This is a one hour private event followed by a tour of Mote Aquarium! This costs $22 per participating child (12 months-5 years) plus a separate fee to enter the aquarium. We recommend using your ZooTampa or Florida Aquarium reciprocal pass for a substantial discount

Join Amazing Athletes and FIT4MOM LWR/SRQ for a FREE heart pumping family 360 workout, followed by a FREE youth sports class brought to you by Amazing Athletes! We will have refreshments afterwards and a playdate at the playground!

Strides 360™ is a heart-pumping interval training workout that increases your endurance while developing speed, agility & quickness. Lakewood Ranch Community will be hosting FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota @ Summerfield Community Park for this action packed class featuring Santa Claus (he'll even be working out with us!!!)
