Strides 360 HIIT Class and Playtime

We are so excited for this class and playdate!! FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota will offer Strides 360 (HIIT type class) for mamas followed by playtime inside @ Playtime Plaza! This will be fun for ALL. We will have treats after class and a raffle giveaway as well!

Mote Family Day-Sharkpups and Grownups

Mote Aquarium will be hosting FIT4MOM LWR/SRQ for our second annual educational and interactive "Mommy and Me" experience. This is a one hour private event followed by a tour of Mote Aquarium! We will be doing aquatic storytime, sensory play, going in the water to learn about sea life, and more!!!
