Hi! My name is Krista, and I’m so excited to be part of the FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota team! I’m a proud new mom to a baby girl born in early 2025. I live in beautiful Sarasota with my husband, our daughter, and our two dogs. I’m originally from New England, but I’ve fallen in love with the sunshine, palm trees, and vibrant community here in Florida.

I’m passionate about natural health, love gardening, and spend as much time outside as I can, especially on stroller walks with an audiobook playing. I also love traveling, trying new restaurants (I’m definitely a foodie!), and connecting with other moms through playdates and fun outings with our little ones.

FIT4MOM has been such an incredible part of my motherhood journey, and I’m so excited to support other moms as we grow stronger together physically, mentally, and emotionally. Can’t wait to meet you and be a part of your journey too!
